We handle all support tickets from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (EST Time), If your current time zone is different, please bare with us, as your ticket will be answered on the following work day. Sometimes we might experience an unusual amount of support traffic and your ticket's answer might be delayed a bit. One thing for certain, we will do our best to answer your support request in a reasonable timely manner & in the best way we can while keeping you in the loop on any progress that might arise from other departments not related to the helpdesk.
